Adult Fitness Classes (Teens Welcome!)
– Pick 1, 2, or 3 classes per week:
- Stretch & Tone (Saturday) 8:30am
- Yoga-inspired Morning Fitness (Monday, Wednesday, Friday) 8:30am
14 Week session: Sept. — Dec.
10 week sessions: Jan. – March , March – May
10 week summer session: June 3 – August 10
5-class card (use in one-session only)
