Jazz Dance Jam – Sunday

Jazz-inspired fitness for adults and teens. “Everybody Dance Now!” Come strut your stuff to the funky pop, oldies and classic rock songs that you love to listen to on the radio! A new choreographed routine is taught every 1-2 weeks, repetitive enough to pick up quickly and just have fun while you get in your cardio.

  • 16-week session runs Jan. 7 – June 3, 2019
    (No class 1/21, 2/18, 4/15, 5/6, 5/13; class will be held on Sunday on the week of 5/5)
Open Dance and Play (0-5 yrs + Adult)

Let your child shake their sillies out with our indoor play time! We provide music, tumbling mats, shakers, scarves and you provide the interaction with your child.

Tumbling Toddlers (Ages 2-4)

This active and fun class includes warm-up, stretching, motor skills (hop, jump, leap, galloping, etc), movement coordination, tumbling (bridges, somersaults, headstands, etc.) and games.

Add on to Toddlers Too! at 9:30 am and stay for Tumbling!

5-week session runs Jan. 27 – Feb. 24, 2019. (Postponed start date due to weather.)
Toddlers Too! (Ages 0-3 + Adult)

For children ages 0-3 with an adult. Children will be exposed to music, rhythm, dance, and stretching while singing their favorite songs: “Itsy Bitsy Spider,” “If You’re Happy and You Know It” and more! There will also be time set aside for free play, parachute play and bubbles! Bring your toddler for a great way to introduce them to movement and music.
