This class is a favorite to get in shape or stay in shape. Full body movement warms up the muscles. Mat work and hand weights strengthen and tone the different muscle groups with special attention to abdominals and legs. Stretching and relaxation are included. Both men and women benefit.

Yoga-Inspired Morning Fitness

Wake up your body with this low-key stretching and fitness class. There will be mild yoga and some light work with hand weights.

Jazz Dance Jam – Sunday

Jazz-inspired fitness for adults and teens. “Everybody Dance Now!” Come strut your stuff to the funky pop, oldies and classic rock songs that you love to listen to on the radio! A new choreographed routine is taught every 1-2 weeks, repetitive enough to pick up quickly and just have fun while you get in your cardio.

  • 16-week session runs Jan. 7 – June 3, 2019
    (No class 1/21, 2/18, 4/15, 5/6, 5/13; class will be held on Sunday on the week of 5/5)
Ballroom Couples

Come join us for this new couples Ballroom Dance class. Learn basic steps in select styles: Foxtrot, Salsa, Cha Cha, Waltz, Swing and more.

6 week session begins when at least 4 couples enroll.

Kids Jazz/Tap add-on*

This add-on for children (grades K-5) will introduce jazz dance technique and tap dancing skills.

Modern Dance (Adult/Teen)

This class moves the whole body. Class includes warm-up and basics in traditional modern dance, stretches, center and across the floor.

Creative Dance (3-5 years)

A fun way to explore dance and movement. Class includes warm-up, stretches, motor skills (hop, jump, leap,skip, gallop etc), movement coordination, intro to dance technique, dance expression, imagination and games.

Open Dance and Play (0-5 yrs + Adult)

Let your child shake their sillies out with our indoor play time! We provide music, tumbling mats, shakers, scarves and you provide the interaction with your child.

Toddlers Too! (Ages 0-3 + Adult)

For children ages 0-3 with an adult. Children will be exposed to music, rhythm, dance, and stretching while singing their favorite songs: “Itsy Bitsy Spider,” “If You’re Happy and You Know It” and more! There will also be time set aside for free play, parachute play and bubbles! Bring your toddler for a great way to introduce them to movement and music.
